Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will help clients implement and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.

The role requires strong FP&A experience, ERP integrations, and client advisory across multiple projects. Travel up to 20% and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you mentor junior staff and deliver high-quality results for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams with quality deliverables and timelines.
• Lead sessions to map client operations, define planning goals and metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning per client needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with ERP and source systems.
• Provide training to client teams on implemented tools.
