Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in corporate financial accounting.
• 1+ year in corporate financial planning.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL for data integration with ERP systems.
• Experience in FP&A, financial systems or consulting.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned implementation workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
• Lead client sessions to map business operations and planning goals.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and schedules.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC.
• Provide training and guidance to client teams.
• Mentor associate consultants and support project teams.
