Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our Digital Advisory Services practice. You will apply your analytics and ERP experience to help clients implement and optimize EPM solutions.

You will work on diverse projects, configure planning models, and integrate data from ERP systems using JavaScript and SQL, while mentoring junior consultants. This role requires about 20% travel and a collaborative, client-focused mindset within a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, or MIS preferred.
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, or financial systems is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL for data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and planning goals.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve client processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce data compilation time.
• Provide training to client teams on new tools.
• Deliver high-quality deliverables on project timelines.
