Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning for clients, helping them improve financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with client teams to map operations, define goals, and deliver high‑quality solutions while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years in corporate FP&A or FP&A/EPM work.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations and metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs.
• Automate workflows and reports.
• Train client teams on the tools.
• Identify efficiency opportunities.
• Travel up to 20% to client sites.
