Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning for clients, improving financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.

You will work on diverse projects, mentor associates, and collaborate with clients to map operations, define goals, and deliver actionable insights. Travel to client sites is expected about 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in accounting, finance, MIS or related field.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A with workday planning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning setup, configurations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams on time and with high quality.
• Lead discovery sessions, map client operations, and define planning goals and metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models within Workday Adaptive Planning to meet client needs.
• Configure integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and other platforms for data ingestion.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve client efficiency and decision‑making.
• Provide training to client teams on the tools and processes implemented.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project success and client satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites as needed (approximately 20%).
