You will implement and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance clients’ financial reporting and forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.

The role emphasizes configuring integrations with ERP systems, delivering high-quality workstreams, and supporting clients through deployment while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include accounting, finance, business analytics, management information systems, fintech or information systems.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience; 1+ year corporate financial planning experience.
• Experience with FP&A, EPM, or financial systems; strong JavaScript/SQL integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, delivering assigned workstreams and meeting timelines.
• Facilitate sessions with client teams to map operations, define planning goals and key metrics.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
