Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support and optimize Enterprise Performance Management solutions for clients, enabling improved forecasting, planning and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in accounting, finance, or MIS preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or FP&A is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning systems experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in data integration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Configure and optimize planning models and financial forecasting.
• Develop integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and other platforms.
• Provide client training and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
