Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve client financial reporting, planning and forecasting.

You will deliver workstreams, mentor associates, and work with diverse client teams to map operations, configure integrations, and drive data-driven decision making across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or MIS required.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience.
• 1+ year corporate financial planning experience.
• Experience with FP&A and EPM preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong JavaScript, SQL, and integration skills.
• Ability to travel ~20%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery to deployment.
• Map business operations, define planning goals, identify key metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve efficiency.
• Help clients reduce time spent on data compilation.
• Provide training to client teams.
