Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will help clients implement and optimize Enterprise Performance Management solutions and work across diverse projects to support growth and client success.

You will deliver configuration, integrations, and reporting, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with client teams to drive planning accuracy, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, or MIS preferred.
• 3+ years corporate financial accounting experience.
• 1 year corporate financial planning experience.
• Experience with FP&A teams or similar financial planning environments preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Mansioni

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Map client operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and JDBC.
• Automate workflows and reports to improve client processes.
• Train client teams to effectively use the tools and systems.
• Mentor associate consultants and support project timelines.
