Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance clients' financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.

You will lead workstreams, collaborate with client teams, and mentor junior staff while helping clients realize efficiencies and business value through advanced planning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in corporate financial accounting and 1+ year in FP&A.
• Experience with FP&A, EPM, or financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data integration using JavaScript/SQL/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams with high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate sessions to map business operations and planning metrics.
• Build and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs.
• Provide client training and support to ensure adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
• Support project timelines and client expectations.
