Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services practice. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning and forecasting, collaborating with diverse teams.

You will deliver configurations, integrations, and advisory services, mentoring junior consultants while engaging with clients to define goals, map processes, and drive value across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL, and integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience; minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, delivering assigned workstreams.
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations, set planning goals, and define key metrics for decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning aligned with best practices.
