Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement and support Workday Adaptive Planning to improve clients' financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes, while collaborating across diverse projects and roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fin-tech or information systems preferred
• Experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred
• Strong experience in JavaScript, SQL, and other integration platforms to incorporate data from ERP systems

Responsabilidades

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, delivering assigned workstreams and meeting timelines
• Facilitate client sessions to map operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics
• Build, configure, and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning aligned with client needs
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other platforms
• Automate workflows and reports to improve client financial processes
• Reduce time spent on data compilation to enable better analysis and strategy
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of tools and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
