Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning deployments across client engagements, helping improve financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL and APIs to connect data from ERP systems to Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, delivering assigned workstreams, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and meeting project timelines and client expectations.
• Facilitate sessions with client teams to map operations, define goals for planning cycles, and identify key metrics to drive decision-making.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning, aligned with client requirements and best practices.
• Support the implementation process from start to finish, including configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other platforms to pull data from ERP and source systems into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Help clients streamline financial processes by automating workflows and reports using system capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce time spent compiling data, enabling more analysis and strategic work.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of the tools and systems implemented.
