Job summary

PECO Energy Company is seeking a seasoned Work Management professional to coordinate scheduling, preparation and execution of maintenance tasks across multiple utilities. You will ensure safe resource utilization and align work plans with performance goals while supporting regulatory commitments.

The role requires strong planning, leadership and communication skills, with ability to travel across the service territory and lead multi‑discipline teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant utility business experience or 6+ years without a degree.
• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.
• Travel across service territory as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare and execute maintenance tasks, projects and tests across a discipline.
• Coordinate work week levelization to optimize resources and safety.
• Monitor Work Management processes and ensure adherence to standards.
• Lead and participate in cross‑functional teams and regulatory interfaces.
• Manage budget and resource decisions for continuous improvement.
