Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules across preconstruction to execution phases. The role requires leading other schedulers, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and field teams, and traveling to job sites for firsthand understanding.

This position is remote with periodic site travel across the South Central and Midwest Regions. Responsibilities include leading training, maintaining schedule integrity, and providing schedule analyses

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with P6 Software is required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and contribute to schedule management training.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of EPC schedules and perform quantity take-offs.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with owners/consultants.
• Update schedules bi-monthly and monitor critical path deviations.
• Propose corrective actions based on schedule analysis.
• Maintain delay logs and contract information including LD exposure.
• Monitor progress with company software and communicate weekly status reports.
