Job summary

Pepco in the United States is seeking a Senior Work Management Specialist to schedule, coordinate, prepare and execute maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines for electrical and gas operations in the BGE/ComEd/PECO/PHI territories.

You will lead a diverse team, drive performance metrics, and ensure alignment with safety, reliability and financial goals, with opportunities to influence process improvements and resource planning across service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant utility experience, or 6+ years equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
• Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to execute independent judgment and strong communication.
• Willingness to travel across service territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare and execute maintenance tasks, projects and tests for a specific discipline.
• Ensure effective levelization of the work week and resource utilization.
• Lead and support compliance with Work Management policies and processes.
• Monitor performance measures and ensure consistent application of Work Management.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage cross-functional issues.
