Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, seeks a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. The role requires travel to job sites and collaboration with PV, storage, and high voltage teams, with oversight of junior schedulers.

The successful candidate will lead internal and external meetings, ensure CPM best practices, and maintain critical path awareness across regional projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with P6 software is required.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and coordinate growth.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Attend project meetings to gather updates and address issues.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path changes.
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and scheduling manager.
• Maintain delay logs and LD exposure with reports.
