Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. This remote role requires travel to job sites in the South Central and Midwest Regions and collaboration with multiple business units.

You will mentor junior schedulers and lead schedule analysis efforts. Responsibilities include developing realistic schedules in P6, reviewing contracts and drawings, and keeping weekly regional project status updates.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Scheduling in an EPC environment required.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 software.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specs.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Solid CPM scheduling understanding.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Must be able to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor schedulers, supporting their development.
• Contribute to schedule training curriculum and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze drawings, contracts, and docs to form schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams.
• Solicit feedback from owners and consultants for buy-in.
• Attend weekly project coordination meetings and updates.
• Maintain delay logs and LD exposure with reports.
• Lead internal/external meetings to mitigate schedules.
• Provide what-if analyses for schedule changes.
