Job summary

Exelon Corporation seeks a Work Management professional to schedule, coordinate, and execute maintenance tasks across BGE, ComEd, PECO and PHI. You will lead multi-discipline teams, ensure safe resource use and align work with performance goals.

You will monitor policies, drive cross-team collaboration, and manage backlogs while supporting a high-performance culture and diversity. Some travel across service territories may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant utility business experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to execute independent judgment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across levels of management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.
• Proficiency with PassPort, Hyperion and Project View.
• Willingness to travel across service territories.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare and execute maintenance tasks, projects and tests for a discipline.
• Execute and monitor Work Management policies and processes.
• Optimize operations to align with financial, customer, reliability and safety goals.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent application of processes.
• Interface with Exelon departments and chair Work screening committees.
• Drive resource sharing and manage regional backlogs for efficiency.
• Support a learning organization and leadership development in WM.
• Allocate emergent work to FIN team and adjust schedules accordingly.
