Job summary

Potomac Edison, a FirstEnergy Corp. subsidiary, seeks a Supervisor, Work Management to lead the Work Management group within Utility Operations Engineering Services. You will help set goals, forecast budgets, and manage resources while maximizing productivity and efficiency in the work management system.

Based in Martinsburg, WV, this role also covers other sites and requires strong project management, safety leadership, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or related discipline with 5 years of related work experience is required.
• OR Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related discipline with 7 years of related work experience is required.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety commitment and Leading with Safety principles across Work Management and field operations.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and scheduling to standardize Work Management processes for assigned operations centers.
• Supervise planner/schedulers, readiness coordinators, and admin support to drive continuous improvement.
