Exelon is seeking a skilled Work Management Coordinator to coordinate maintenance tasks across BGE, ComEd, PECO and PHI. You will align work plans with performance goals, balance resources, and lead diverse teams to ensure safe, efficient schedules.

Responsibilities include managing weekly schedules, monitoring KPIs, and driving improvements in Work Management practices while collaborating with multiple departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years utility experience, or 6+ years without a degree.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines across multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills applicable to operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management levels.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, prepare and execute maintenance tasks and tests across a discipline.
• Lead and support compliance with Work Management policies and processes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and external teams for efficient work flow.
• Monitor performance measures and drive continuous improvement in WM processes.
• Manage resource sharing, backlogs, and weekly schedules to balance workload.
• Provide leadership to WM Programs management and support organizational learning.
• Ensure emergent work is properly assigned and schedules adjusted promptly.
