Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to supervise wireless tower projects across multiple sites in Dallas.

You will oversee new builds, collocations, modifications, and upgrades from permits through closeout, managing crews and subcontractors while ensuring safety and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate with owners, inspectors, and internal teams, track costs, and uphold industry standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control knowledge.
• Proven leadership and communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee new build construction activities and related site work.
• Manage tower maintenance crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with owners, city management, inspectors, and internal teams to align with CDs.
• Serve as field point of contact for project managers, GCs, and tower owners.
• Track costs against budget and report variances to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI/TIA-222, and customer safety standards.
• Verify certifications and equipment inspections are current.
• Oversee site audits, punch-lists, and close-out readiness.
