Job summary

KCI Technologies is actively seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee wireless tower construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will manage new builds, collocations, modifications, and upgrades from permits through closeout, directing field crews and subcontractors while ensuring schedules, budgets and safety compliance across multiple active sites.

Qualifications

• Understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication.
• Can work in a team and complete daily reports.
• Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee new build construction activities.
• Manage tower maintenance crews and subcontractors daily.
• Coordinate with owners, city management, inspectors, and management teams.
• Serve as field point of contact for PMs, GCs, and owners.
• Track costs vs budget and report status.
• Ensure safety standards compliance (NATE, ANSI/TIA-222, OSHA).
• Verify certifications and inspections are current.
