Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager in Maryland to oversee wireless tower construction projects from Notice to Proceed through closeout.

You will lead tower crews and subcontractors, coordinate with site acquisition, engineering, and RF teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. The role requires 4+ years in wireless tower construction, strong safety knowledge (NATE/OSHA), and proficient English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in wireless tower construction.
• Supervisory or construction management experience.
• Proficiency in reading/writing English and construction drawings (CDs).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee wireless tower construction activities.
• Manage tower crews and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with site acquisition, engineering, and RF teams to align with CDs and RFDS.
• Serve as primary field contact for project managers, GCs, and tower owners on assigned sites.
• Track job costs vs. budget and report variances to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI/TIA-222, NATE, and carrier safety standards.
