Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee wireless tower construction activities (new builds, collocations, swaps, modifications).
• Manage tower crews and subcontractors day-to-day, including staffing, safety, and quality across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with site acquisition, engineering, and RF teams to align with CDs and RFDS.
• Track costs and report variances to leadership across sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain required certifications.
• Read/write CDs and RFDS and oversee site documentation and close-out.
