Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a senior support engineer to maintain and improve the reliability of wireless network products through expert technical support. You will diagnose complex issues, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure production readiness across offers, billing, and fulfillment.

You will design validation frameworks, collaborate with product managers, and triage issues with IT, vendor and QA teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities for SMB, Enterprise, FED/SLED segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Preferred fields of study: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3–5 years leading ITIL Incident Management activities in a telecommunications environment

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Business Value Testing (BVT) frameworks to validate IT enabling platform performance against KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and success benchmarks of new features and offerings.
• Triage issues with IT, Vendor, and QA teams to drive timely resolution during testing cycles.
• Ensure enabling platform capabilities (offers, ordering, billing, fulfillment, UI/UX) are delivered with high quality across all segments (SMB, Enterprise, FED/SLED)
