Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• Preferred areas of study: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate IT enabling platform performance with KPIs; analyze results and provide recommendations.
• Define acceptance criteria with Product Managers for new features and offerings.
• Triage issues with IT, Vendor, and QA teams to drive timely resolution.
• Ensure offerings are delivered with high quality and compliant with product requirements across SMB, Enterprise, FED/SLED.
