Wintrust Financial Corporation, a multi-bank holding company based in Rosemont, Illinois, is seeking a Senior Electronic Services Specialist to join its wire team. You will research and resolve complex wire issues, lead by example, and handle domestic and international transfers in line with procedures.

The role requires collaboration with department leaders, App Support, and vendors, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated Wires experience.
• Excellent attention to detail with quality over quantity.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to articulate needs and requirements clearly across teams.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working with vendors and clients in a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Researching and resolving issues with wires outside normal processes.
• Initiate, verify, approve, release, repair, and monitor wire transfers.
• Review wire instructions for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor processing queues and ensure timely completion of wires.
• Clear exceptions on daily GL reconciliations.
• Participate in system and process testing for changes.
