Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Electronic Services Specialist within the wire team to research and resolve complex issues affecting processing and client outcomes. The Senior Electronic Services Specialist is a key member of the wire team that has primary responsibility to research and resolve complex issues impacting our processing and our clients. The incumbent will lead by example, be well versed in domestic and foreign wire settlement functions and be comfortable challenging the status quo. The duties performed by the Senior Specialist will include but are not limited to: Researching and resolving issues with wires that fall outside our normal processes. This would include system outages or performance issues and wires stuck in queues or status that may require collaboration with department leaders, the App Support team, and our vendors.

The estimated hourly salary range for this role is $20.19-$28.85 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
