U.S. Bank's Wire Investigations team in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Senior Operations Processor - Wires.

You will research and resolve wire payment inquiries, manage wire recalls and validity-of-payment requests, and support the approval process for investigation-related service messages while handling multiple cases. You’ll communicate with consumer and business customers, relationship managers, and branch partners by phone and email, using data interpretation to identify and resolve

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5+ years of operations services related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
