Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years or more of operations services related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls researching wire activity.
• Open investigation cases and assist with recalls, cancellations, and returns.
• Help customers navigate wire-related inquiries across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with teams including Wire Investigations, Production, Product, Compliance, and Fraud.
