Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of banking wire transfer experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and core wire systems.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming, outgoing, and internal wire transfers and related GL entries.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve client and bank inquiries.
• Monitor SWIFT, Fedwire, and Online Banking channels for timely settlements.
• Draft communications with intermediary banks and maintain investigation files.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and remittance rules.
