Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in MSP/IT consulting.
- Proficient with Windows environments, M365, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong networking, VPN, and core infrastructure knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support across client environments.
- Own issues end-to-end from diagnosis to resolution.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID configurations.
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and network services.
- Diagnose networking issues and improve connectivity and security.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline tasks and speed delivery.
- Communicate clearly with users and escalate when appropriate.
