Job summary

ATB Technologies, LLC in St. Louis is seeking a skilled Systems Support Engineer to resolve complex client issues across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and network-related systems.

You will independently troubleshoot and resolve the majority of issues while maintaining clear communication with end users and stakeholders. The role emphasizes ownership, professional communication, and collaboration to continuously improve service delivery, with opportunities to implement automation for repetitive tasks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in MSP/IT consulting.
• Strong proficiency with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues and VPNs.
• Ability to own issues end-to-end and communicate with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support across client environments.
• Own issues end-to-end from diagnosis to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) tasks.
• Support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and core infrastructure services.
• Monitor and resolve networking issues, VPNs, and related infrastructure.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Analyze issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain thorough documentation.
• Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership.
