Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a skilled IT professional to join a dynamic team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role involves supporting and troubleshooting ERP, application, and database systems, as well as administering Windows servers and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, strong capabilities in Active Directory, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services. A flexible work environment and significant project ownership are key benefits of this position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments, both on-premises and Azure.
• Strong Active Directory expertise, including Group Policy and security administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and security controls.
• Knowledge of VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
• Ability to automate and troubleshoot using PowerShell and/or SQL scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot ERP, application, and database systems.
• Administer Windows servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning improvements.
• Manage backups, security, and system availability initiatives.
• Support complex production issues and end-user technical requests.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
• Lead and execute infrastructure and technology projects.
