Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Windows enterprise desktop support.
• Experience with upgrades and complex system implementations.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end users via in-person, phone, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops and applications.
• Maintain asset inventory and document resolutions.
• Assist with security and compliance practices.
