Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking Desktop Technical Support consultants for a long-term contract in the Atlanta area. You will provide on-site end-user computing support across multiple locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and instructional technology incidents.

Applicants must have A+ Certification. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise IT support, Windows 10/Office 365 experience, and familiarity with IT tools like Active Directory and SCCM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end user support in an enterprise setting.
• Experience administering a Windows computing environment.
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN environments and hardware.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus (MCP/MCSE).
• Experience with SCCM imaging and software deployment.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and office productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site end-user support across learning locations and facilities.
• Manage service requests via ticketing system; meet SLA targets.
• Communicate status of incidents to service desk and schools.
• Assist with on-site network maintenance and repairs.
• Document LAN wiring diagrams and equipment layouts.
• Set up new devices, workstations, printers, and default printers.
