Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage physical and virtual infrastructure environments.
• Support servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and health.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues.
• Support on-premises and cloud environments; participate in incident response.
• Assist disaster recovery planning and testing; support business continuity initiatives.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls.
• Deploy Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP; VMware/Hyper‑V.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Architect and IT teams to ensure stability.
