Qualifications

• 5+ years IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.

• Experience supporting small-to-medium business environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide Tier II and Tier III end-user and infrastructure support.
• Visit client sites to perform deployments, upgrades, assessments and project work.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and client records.
