TEKsystems in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands-on AWS Cloud Systems Administrator to join a dynamic IT environment on a contract-to-hire basis. Candidates should have a solid foundation in AWS, networking, and Linux administration, with practical project or certification experience.

The role emphasizes building and securing cloud infrastructure, automation, and collaboration with IT teams. The position is fully onsite in Atlanta, with a pay range of $35.00–$38.00 per hour and benefits such as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience; OR
Associate degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant experience; OR
Five years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, and manage AWS VPCs.
Design and maintain public and private subnet architectures.
Deploy and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, and CloudFormation.
Configure and support multi-tier cloud environments.
Monitor cloud resources, performance metrics, and utilization.
Manage AWS account administration, security, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
Optimize cloud resources for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
