Job summary

Nordex Group in North America seeks a Senior Logistics Project Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and oversight of complex wind-turbine logistics across the region. You will collaborate with Project Management, Construction, Supply Chain, Engineering, HSE, and external partners to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely transportation from origin to installation site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• PM certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in logistics, transportation, or wind industry operations.
• 3+ years direct project logistics management experience.
• Experience with oversized/heavy-haul projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning and execution for North America wind projects.
• Own budgets, forecasting, and cost control for assigned projects.
• Manage carrier relationships, contracts, and 3rd party providers.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior managers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present updates to senior leadership.
