GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Senior Wind Hub Manager to lead multi-site service hubs across the United States. You will drive operations, safety, and financial oversight while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring alignment with GE's operational excellence.

The role covers daily hub operations, turbine output, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet contractual requirements. Preference for candidates based in Western/Southern Maine or NH/MA with remote work options.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a field services or equivalent role in the energy industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-site service hub operations and staffing.
• Own the safety culture within the hub and with contracted partners.
• Manage daily dispatch and Plan of the Day calls.
• Serve as the Customer Point of Contact and build relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, HR to meet objectives.
• Drive turbine performance to meet commitments and uptime.
• Lead operations with Lean practices across sites.
