The position involves traveling within the hub, managing operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service commitments and improve overall hub performance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years leadership experience.
• 3+ years field services or equivalent in the energy industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to support multi-site service hub; manage staffing and safety culture.
• Act as customer point of contact to build long-term relationships and meet contractual requirements.
• Prioritize turbine performance to meet commitments and improve reliability.
• Lead multi-site operations with LEAN thinking and drive safety and team development.
