Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Wind Hub Manager to lead and optimize multi-site wind hub operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer alignment. You will manage daily hub activities, dispatch, and cross-functional collaboration to meet performance commitments across Dakotas 2 and neighboring sites.

The role requires strong leadership, field-service experience in the energy sector, and a demonstrated ability to grow customer relationships while guiding teams through LEAN improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site service hub operations and staffing.
• Prioritize and manage dispatch and Plan of the Day calls.
• Own customer relationships to deliver contractual objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR to meet deliverables.
• Drive turbine performance and safety culture across sites.
• Oversee facility operations with LEAN improvement initiatives.
• Ensure weekly site visits and team engagement.
• Support development and succession planning.
