Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Wind Services Hub Leader to oversee the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of multiple wind farms.

You will provide leadership to Site Managers, ensure turbine availability, and deliver contractual performance across a multi-site hub. Reporting to the Services Director, you will drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement, while coordinating with engineering, field performance, and remote operations teams to resolve issues and optimize asset

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in wind farm operations or comparable asset-intensive environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operational teams and contractors with accountability.
• Strong EHS leadership, risk management and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Commercial acumen including budget management and KPI delivery.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Competence with enterprise maintenance, reporting tools and standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and direction for operation and maintenance of wind farms across sites.
• Lead safety, environmental and regulatory leadership across all sites.
• Coach Site Managers and Lead Technicians to ensure effective performance.
• Oversee hub workforce planning, recruitment, training and competency compliance.
• Manage contract performance and customer/supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional risk resolution.
