Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of related training and experience in commercial/Dealer Services credit analysis.
• Mastery level proficiency with MS Office Desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites, structures, and documents all prospect and client transactions for complex deals.
• Manages assigned portfolio, monitors performance and risk, conducts annual reviews and financial statement spreading.
• Expands client relationships through direct client calling and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Partners with Investment Banking peers to deliver complex financing solutions to clients.
• Leads and mentors junior team members and collaborates with cross-functional partners.
