Truist is seeking a Senior Underwriter to manage underwriting for less complex relationships and actively oversee a Dealer Services portfolio. The role focuses on identifying credit risk, structuring loan products, and ensuring regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored financing solutions.

The candidate will engage with clients, supervise risk assessment, and mentor junior staff in a high-stakes, dynamic environment across multiple banking disciplines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field; 5+ years of commercial/Dealer Services credit analysis experience.
• Mastery level proficiency with MS Office Desktop applications.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Solid credit skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrites, structures, and documents commercial transactions across the portfolio; independently handles complex deals.
• Manages assigned portfolio, monitors performance, and discusses risk with clients and internal partners.
• Expands client relationships through proactive outreach and credit solutions.
• Partners with Investment Banking for complex financing solutions and maintains industry knowledge.
