Job summary

The role involves portfolio management and cross-functional collaboration to structure financing solutions. You will mentor Analysts, coordinate with Investment Banking, and drive risk-aware decisions while managing a large portfolio and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field and 7+ years in commercial/Dealer Services credit analysis.
• Mastery level proficiency with MS Office Desktop applications.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Solid credit skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites and documents transactions; handles complex deals and largest credit relationships.
• Manages portfolio risk and annual reviews, ensuring compliance and risk controls.
• Expands client relationships through direct calling and delivers credit solutions.
• Partners with Investment Banking to deliver complex financing solutions; stays aware of market trends.
• Leads deal teams, mentors junior staff, and may participate in performance reviews.
