Truist is seeking a highly experienced Credit Underwriter/Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of Dealer Services relationships and lead the most complex commercial underwriting processes. You will analyze financial statements, model loan structures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong credit skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with Investment Banking and other internal teams to deliver tailored

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of related training and experience in commercial/Dealer Services credit analysis.
• Mastery of MS Office Desktop applications.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Solid credit skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Underwrites, structures, and documents all prospect and client transactions for the most complex deals.
• Manages portfolio risk, conducts financial statement analysis and projections, and recommends loan structures.
• Maintains risk rating integrity and conducts annual reviews and regulatory reviews.
• Expands client relationships through proactive calling and integrated credit solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
