Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites, structures, and documents prospect and client transactions.
• Manages portfolio risk and performs financial statement analysis.
• Develops credit solutions in collaboration with product partners.
• Leads complex deals and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Mentors junior team members and coordinates deal teams.
• Maintains risk view and independent risk recommendations.
